چکیده: Abstract: In the near future, with the increase in the number of electric cars in the country, the need to create fast charging stations will increase, and since these charging stations receive high power from the network, careful planning should be done to select their location and capacity. In this thesis, factors such as investment cost, connection cost, network loss cost, electric vehicle loss cost and demand response programs were investigated as incentive and penalty factors for locating charging stations. It was found that the application of demand response programs can reduce the electrical losses caused by charging electric vehicles, and hence it is very useful in reducing the overall cost. On the other hand, the creation of charging stations at fuel stations was also investigated. Although these stations have the necessary infrastructure to operate charging stations, factors such as: the power of the network above, the power level of electrical equipment of fuel stations, etc. are of great importance in the implementation of charging stations. Because the power level of electrical equipment in more than half of the country's fuel supply stations is not suitable for charging stations and needs to be upgraded, and in many cases where there is a fuel station in the heavily loaded part of the region, there may not be an increase in power from the upstream network. . For this purpose, the method of implementing energy storage units in CNG stations was suggested that when the CNG compressor is off, these units are charged and during peak load or CNG station activity, these energy storage units are used to charge electric vehicles. and finally, it was found that with a detailed planning, the facilities of fuel stations can be used to reduce overall costs and also reduce network losses.
