According to the latest Islamic World Science Citation Database (ISC) report, Bu-Ali Sina University ranked 8^th among the comprehensive universities of the country, a rank shared with Isfahan University.

As reported by BASNA correspondent, according to the latest Islamic World Science Citation Database (ISC) report, Bu-Ali Sina University ranked 8^th among the comprehensive universities of the country, sharing this rank with Isfahan University.

ISC Ranking Group officially ranks universities and research institutions of the country based on 23 indicators in the form of five general criteria, namely Research, Teaching, International Outlook, Grants, and Socio-economic Activities. Based on these indicators, Bu-Ali Sina University ranked among the top 10 universities of the country and ranked 8th among the comprehensive universities.

The volume of conducted research, quality of the research, efficiency of the research, quality growth rate, and efficiency of the research and documentations are some of the research indicators of ranking.
